Some of the language used in these documents may seem off-putting since it could be interpreted as meaning that we bear no liablity for providing poor quality goods and services, and you as a customer, have no legal recourse for making a claim against us.
This is of course nonsense and the documents are written in such a way as to offer us as a business, some protection against persons for whom making fraudulent claims is a career choice.
